Jeff Gruber, Director of Quality Assurance and Food Safety has over 28 years of industry related management experience. Recruited directly out of college into the pharmaceutical industry, Jeff had served as a Sr. Section head of sterile filling for 12 years. His experience included working for Fujisawa Pharmaceuticals and Parke-Davis.
Moving on to beverage and food companies, Jeff transitioned into Quality Assurance and has remained there since. Working in a broad range of food industries, Jeff has successfully implemented and refined Food Safety Systems. He has driven two prior companies to SQF certification.
Jeff is a graduate of SUNY at Empire State College where he received a Bachelor of Professional Studies degree.
